Boost your body’s innate ability to heal with Moving Fascia®

A UNIQUE METHOD
The Moving Fascia® method is a unique blend of fascia and somatics through movement, breath and embodiment practices. This revolutionary method integrates feedback from self-regulating tools like the Moving Fascia® SOFT ball, helping unveil hidden tension, stimulate dormant areas and enrich your proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness.

A TRAINING PROVIDER
Moving Fascia® has grown into an accredited somatic training program, qualifying teachers worldwide, educating professionals on fascial anatomy and sharing the benefits of this practice across continents.
